Well, we're back. When people ask, "How was the vacation!?" its hard to say anything really, because I don't want to say "great" and lie, and I don't want to have to tell them the not so nice details of why our vacation, well, sucked. I don't really even feel like posting much about it, except the fact that Jenn and Justin successfully brought home Elmer, below. You will see him soon adorning our living room above the mantle. (We also brought home a photo of Grandpa with the freshly killed sheep, and the license he had to shoot it.) You can read more details about the trip here on Jenn's blog. She did a great job of summing it up. We did have a few awesome moments, but it all seems so bittersweet now that we were not able to bring Grandma home. If you're of the praying variety, please say some prayers that she would heal quickly and that we can fly her home soon.... we've got shopping to do.
